Do NOT trust these people. Aaron (the owner) tried to scam my warranty company by claiming my 19 yukon needed a transmission due to a dark fluid sample that smelled burnt. Claimed his "technician" heard a growl from the transmission. All the while the main reason for brining it in was a misfire due to a bad lifter. I approved the work and the warranty company paid them before they even did the work for the lifters and transmission. Waited months for a transmission we never really needed. They fixed the lifters with cheep aftermarket parts. 6 months later a lifter came apart in the engine causing a knock. So I had to bring it back there due to warranty work. Only to find out they some how damaged my center council. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES.

Hello, We tried to make things right with you guys. You had a warranty issue and we moved you ahead of others to get your vehicle done and back on the road with in a few days, we even waved diagnostic fee's. and paid for half of your towing fee. We feel your 1 star review is very unfair to us and here is why. You were using a warranty company to pay for most of the work work needed, You brought your vehicle here and had used a warranty company to pay and approve most of your work needed. We found out later you did not like the fact that your warranty company does not pay for loaner vehicles and thought we should give you a free vehicle to use. When we work with a warranty company this adds a very high layer of red tape and complexity to getting approvals and getting paid from them. This process add's many hours of time for our staff and many days to get approvals and slows everything way down. All this to get on average to get 25% less pay from the warranty company then our normal shop rate. As for you center counsel we did not damage it that we know of and not sure what you guys are talking about as you never said anything to us, first we heard of it is through this review ? Warranty company's are very difficult to work with and customers like you don't understand what it takes behind the seen to make this all happen. There are more shops out there that said they are done with them warranty companies because of there is just so much that goes into it for less pay. So we are in business to make a living wage for 10 employee's and pay for all our overhead and high tax's, We are a small business just trying to survive, and not go out of business. Because of loosing money when working with warranty company in general. We have a hi cost when it comes to loaner vehicles with with insurance cost going up all the time. So we have to charge for a loaner vehicle when working with warranty companies to make up for losing 25%. $35 dollars a day for a loaner vehicle is cheaper then a rental at most rental car companies. As for your vehicle we don't have control over parts availably from GM. Unfortunately other repair shops will throw other shops under the bus. We don't do that here and never will at our shop. That is what happened in this case. We were told by Friendley Chev that your part (Transmission ) that was approved for replacement by the warranty company was on back ordered for many months. We said you can drive the vehicle for now until the part comes in. You guys seemed to be okay with that. We reached out every couple of weeks with updates a lot of the time you did not answer your phone so we left many voice mails. You did not respond as we did our part to update you. We finally got the part, that was approved by the warranty company and than you decided it was to late. You had a different opinion. My tech has 35 years experience and warranty company agreed with him about your noise he was hearing and agreed that the part ( transmission ) should be replaced. But you said no. So we wish you all the best and agree to dis agree with you on your vehicle. Our intensions was never to mislead or do unneeded work, or be high priced. We just want to be fair. But if a warranty company said yes its needed you would normally get the work done. But not go out go and get a second option with a different shop, that gives all shops a bad reputations. Please take care and my apologies you did not like us as we went out of way to help you guys, we believe. ✌️

Amazing service, friendly staff 10/10. I had a pre-purchase inspection done of a vehicle. The staff was timely, efficient, kind, and very knowledgeable. Hundred percent would recommend and greatly appreciate their help. As somebody who knows nothing about the automotive industry, they explained everything in a way I understood and did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. The waiting area was super comfortable, they had phone chargers available, which I really appreciated as well as a fully stocked refrigerator with drinks. The information that we received after the inspection helped my husband, and I make the best decision on purchasing a vehicle for our family.
