They lied to us and didn't fix what we had fixed they were a great business before the new owners they are not telling the truth and taking people's money and not backing up their work. Will never go there again or my friends and family we all have been taken advantage of the fact of the matter is they are very dishonest and we were never offered anything STAY AWAY IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOUR POCKET BOOK!!!! When it comes to a 1500 dollar job a oil change discount is a joke.
Hello, we do our best to give every customer 5 star service. Its unfortunate you feel this way. I've done some research, to figure out what happened so long ago. Apparently you had an oil leak that was diagnosed by a Ford dealer as a timing cover gasket. The timing cover and valve covers were replaced under Mike's Tire One which was not my company. That may or may not have fixed the oil leak ? 2 years later we had the vehicle back here and diagnosed it to be an oil pan gasket leak and we did a free diagnostic for you. We also gave you a free loaner car during the diagnostic time. We believe your review is unfair, 1) we never replaced the oil pan gasket, we never originally diagnosed it with the old company Mike's Tire One, 2) The oil pan gasket was not under warranty because we never replaced it and neither did Mike's Tire One. You have not had your vehicle here in approximately 9 months and give us the 1 star review now, my thought is now you're just trying to hurt a small family owed business. Most of work you had done was under the old ownership Mike's Tire One over 2.5 years ago. We offered a free loaner car many times and was going to give you a big discount for the repair.( friends and family the same price I would give one of my close family members ) We tried our best, but can't make everyone happy I guess, sometimes your best is not good enough for some people. If you change your mind we have a heavily discounted oil change to give you. Thanks and take care
