I was heartbroken over believing I lost my items, which I had worked very hard to purchase. Finding them at that price took a long time, and I allowed my frustration to get the better of me. I normally run my messages through a prompt to ensure they are calm and respectful. The extra time helps me think rather than panic. Unfortunately, in this instance, the message I intended to review ended up being posted instead to your inbox. I mistakenly shared the unedited, frustrated version rather than the calmer version I had prepared. I deeply regret that my message came across as accusatory and offensive. This was never my intention. I greatly value the years of service you have provided, even during times when my car was not in the best condition, and I am truly grateful for your patience and professionalism.
