This was the worst experience. Rude cx service. Specifically the morning weekday gentleman, he’ll belittle you and make you feel like you’re a huge burden. Upsold around every turn, car treated like garbage for over 3 weeks. Returned to me almost undrivable, steering wheel crooked, new lights on, pieces missing, pieces hanging down. Nightmare. My car sat behind the shop piled in snow and ice for about 3.5 weeks. I brought it in miss diagnosed as a starter for 650$, it quickly turned into an upsell opportunity for them, where they needed to upgrade the electrical inspection and needed more time. It the. turned into 2400$ and my emergency steering lock was cooked, I know a horrible part to deal with, but then it turned into “the part will be here tomorrow, you know our currier is really doing you a favor by getting this part for you.” This went on for nearly a month hearing that. Then finally when my vehicle was ready the bill was 3500$ without ANY notification or warning and no room to negotiate or ask why the extra 1100$, I was told I initially verbally agreed to all work over the phone and it is what it is. I was told “we would have never done this if we would’ve known about this part” after they already took it on and held the car hostage for weeks. The car was returned to me where you’d have to cock the steering wheel to the left to try to keep it straight, new lights on I’d never seen before, parts and pieces missing or dangling off the vehicle. And no accountability from the front office all to boot. After being a loyal returning customer this was a huge blow to the gut. Nice response, super accountable.
Hello, I've done some research on this vehicle and when it was brought here. You were here about four months ago... My apologies that your service was not 5 stars. I have talked with Kelly and Mike the mechanic. First of all, Kelly was not intentionally trying to make you feel like you were inconvenience to him. It is possible he may have rushed the phone call because needing to talk with other customers that were waiting ? We had a 3 week plus wait on getting your parts from the dealer, the part was not in local stock. Most likely, had to come from Germany. The steering wheel and ignition system was locked out into a anti-theft mode was broken. We had trouble just moving you car because of the steering being locked. We had alot of time into your vehicle we did not charge you for as alot of the dash had to come apart for the repair. Remind you this is not a Chevrolet this a high tech Mercedes Benz. We Received a non running car with a locked steering wheel. Your vehicle should up at our shop. We got it back to running condition again. Also note; You did rush the job when our technician was not quite done. You wanted your vehicle back so you were rushing the technician at the end of the day. It was our fault for not having you come so soon to get the car before it was ready and test drivin. So you brought it back the next day and the steering wheel and dash lights were fixed for no extra charge, the missing screws were also fixed. We were not trying to keep your car hostage or over charge you. Some of the pricing was unknown what we would find and get into as we took things apart? We normally do not run vehicles through the car wash so they may get dirty from sitting, we did not intentionally try to make your car dirty. We have reached out to you to try to rectify this with you and make it better...please give myself ( Aaron ) a phone call or Kelly at 763-757-0607 during business hours so we can make this right with you...Thanks and take care...
