They broke my car....**.followup**this is her dad review since you want to bring me up, and dislike my daughters option. You charged a little over $200 for diagnostics, on a vehicle that came in with no codes , I just said it had a , weird feeling (sorry tire pressure light was on). Then proceed to tell us. It was about several thousand in repair. Even though car has a comprehensive bump bump third party warranty from our bank(not dealerships crap) . But it would not cover none of the suppose repairs. We left and quickly noticed, now AC stopped blowing + fans ran 10mins after shutoff, took back around 2 days later (spent the morning running errands) came to shop at 4pm. Got in disagreement I left, but only made it literally 200ft when car shuts down overheating, came back demaned it be running again. You Remove something and made it run. I went home tightened , all plugs ,cleaned fuses , clear codes at autozone been 2months no code, no overheating, AC works, fan shut off, l properly, my original complaint remains the same. But everything you did has been fixed, sounds to me like your company's in the habit of loosing spark plugs and wires or something to make it run like crap an overly explained someone who doesn't know no better so you get up charge. Taking advantage of the fact that you're one of the only company's that gives a loaner car under 21 ( you offer loaner for free with repair. but I know now it was never going to be free) If anything, you should have replied with a thank you to my daughter review Because she stopped me from pursuing you for damages. She's just wanted her car running.
Hello, We at Minnesota Automotive always try to make things right with all of customers. We believe your review is unfair. Here is why, you came to us with many issue's and codes going on over 2 months ago. We looked at your vehicle for free, the second time, gave you and your dad free diagnostic's. We went over everything together with your dad, so we were under a good understanding what the next steps would be. Sometimes when you clear codes it can cause other drivability issue's and that is what happened in your case with the drivability of the vehicle. It takes a some driving for some of codes to come back on to get it vehicle to drive the same as before. We did not break your vehicle has many things were wrong and you declined to fix them, the vehicle needed some parts installed, you guy's were told that? My apologies you feel the need to hurt my business unfairly... Please give us a call back and we can talk this over... I have sent you my personal phone number, if you would like to talk after hours... Thanks and take care...
