The free loaner car program is for Regular paying customers only, with an invoice over $150 before tax. All other customers paying with warranty claims are subject to a $35 per day fee.
By appointment, must be 24 years old or have co-signer that is a over 24 years old to sign for the car. Must have proof of insurance and valid driver's license.
Minimum age is 18 with a parent or guardian to sign off for them. Customer must sign loaner vehicle agreement makes them responsible for the loaner vehicle well they are in control of it.
Effective 5-15-2024 Loaner vehicles are now required to pay an $150 deposit on a major bank card ( no prepaid cards) that matches a drivers license photo ID. Loaner vehicles are first come first service, but we also will hold one with a reservation for an appointment, with the $150 deposit will go toward repair of there vehicle or daily renal or $35 per if not qualified for the free loaner vehicle.
Note: Loaner vehicles are not available for Intoxalock customers.
